What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

- Provide nursing care to patients in the Med Surg/Telemetry, ED, and Behavioral Health departments
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
- Monitor and evaluate patient progress and modify care plans as needed
- Educate patients and their families on disease management and self-care techniques

What is Required (Qualifications):

- Graduate of a Nursing Program is required
- New grad encouraged to apply
- 1-2 years of experience
- A Current BLS - Healthcare
- Current State of Illinois registered nursing licensure

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):

- Experience in a Level II Trauma Center or Certified Stroke Center
- Certification in a specialty area (e.g., Med Surg, Telemetry, Behavioral Health)
- Experience with Epic electronic medical records system
